IntelliCUBE XL is Mainstream’s solution for larger fans, greater flows, and higher pressures. The array has a welded, structural steel frame designed to stack six or more fans high. The cubes are easy to install and come with powder-coating for added protection.

This design is particularly useful for applications that require larger fans and higher pressures. Each array undergoes factory testing and includes a power distribution panel for single-point power and control, ensuring easy installation.

IntelliCUBE DW is Mainstream’s double-width, double-inlet fan array (DWDI) that provides an excellent option for replacing DWDI housed fans. The cubes are enclosed and secured back-to-back, with one open side that can be connected to the existing supply duct discharge.

This fan array is particularly useful in applications where open plenum fans are not feasible. For example, if a housed fan is located too close to a coil, adding a plenum fan would be too close for comfort. However, the DWDI design ensures that the inlets of the fans remain perpendicular to the airflow, making it an ideal solution.

Mainstream’s IntelliWALL is a bulkhead design that offers an excellent solution for retrofitting smaller air handling units. The array comes with galvanized steel panels that can be bolted together to form the bulkhead, and the fans are shipped separately to be bolted onto the bulkhead on site. Additionally, the array is factory-tested and comes with a power distribution panel for single-point power and control, making installation a breeze.

Mainstream offers two options for commercial fan sections: the MLR Series, which is a semi-custom design that incorporates many of our innovative features into your existing air handler, and the MLRa Series, which is fully customizable.

The commercial fan sections are designed to provide easy access to components that require frequent servicing, and the sections are easy to install and fit through doorways. Fan sections are highly energy-efficient, resulting in significant cost savings.
